Scope

This policy applies to the orbitAdjust company website and Campaign Simulator. The browser-based orbitAdjust game has a separate Game Privacy & Cookie Policy because its high-score and certificate features handle different information.

Cookieless analytics

On production pages, orbitAdjust uses FullRes to understand visits, page use and site performance. Depending on the page and interaction, FullRes may receive the current page URL and campaign parameters, referring page, browser and device information, viewport size, scroll and internal-link activity, time-on-page signals and Web Vitals. Like any network service, FullRes also receives connection information, including an IP address, needed to deliver the request.

orbitAdjust also records a small set of categorical events such as selected calls to action, completed request or scheduling flows, and Campaign Simulator import, run, export and optimization milestones. These events use reviewed categories such as campaign type, run mode or completed state; they do not include form values, meeting dates or times, campaign files, campaign inputs, names, email addresses, budgets, tactics, personas or simulation results.

FullRes states that its analytics use no cookies, cross-site tracking or persistent visitor identifiers. orbitAdjust does not add direct personal information or user-provided campaign content to FullRes metadata or events.

Campaign Simulator data

Campaign CSV files, product and pricing inputs, personas, tactics, simulation state and results are processed in your browser. Imported files are read locally, simulation and optimization work runs locally, and downloaded CSV results are created by your browser. orbitAdjust does not provide an endpoint that uploads or stores this campaign content on our servers.

Your browser may still make ordinary requests for the Simulator application, bundled data, shaders, fonts and supporting code. If a bundled machine-learning asset cannot load, the Simulator may request a replacement copy from a content delivery network. Those services may receive normal connection and request information, but orbitAdjust does not intentionally send them your campaign content.

Cookies and browser storage

orbitAdjust does not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling or visitor tracking. We use local browser storage only for functional preferences, such as background-animation continuity, reduced motion, layout mode and calculation mode. These settings stay in your browser until you clear site data or change the applicable control, and they are not used to follow you across websites.

Hosting and security records

Our web host and delivery infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referring page, request time, response status and error details. We use this information to deliver the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and maintain security.

Information you choose to share

If you request a Persona starter kit, orbitAdjust receives the name, company email address, product, audience, campaign location, budget and marketing preference you submit. We use that information to review the request, prepare and deliver the starter kit, respond to you and, only when you opt in, send marketing related email.

If you schedule a strategy session, orbitAdjust receives the name, company email address, requested meeting type and selected time you submit. The scheduler checks availability and creates the invitation through Google Calendar from the orbitAdjust server. Google receives the booking information only when needed to check or complete your request; the scheduling overlay does not embed Google or Calendly and does not set a scheduling cookie.

If you follow a link to ChatGPT or OpenAI, LinkedIn, X, Instagram or another external service, that service receives information under its own privacy policy. Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts. Google and other delivery providers receive ordinary connection information needed to return those files.

How information is used and shared

We use information only to provide and secure the site, understand aggregate usage and performance, improve the experience, respond to requests you initiate and meet legal obligations. We may use hosting, analytics, scheduling and infrastructure providers for those purposes.

orbitAdjust does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users or our rights.

Retention and security

Campaign content processed by the Simulator is not retained by orbitAdjust. Persona starter kit requests, strategy-session bookings and resulting correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed to prepare and deliver the requested work, operate the meeting, maintain business records, honor marketing preferences and meet legal or security obligations. The scheduler and Persona request form store only short-lived cryptographic challenge and address-derived rate-limit hashes outside the public website to prevent repeated or automated abuse; they do not store the originating address in that state. Functional browser settings remain until you clear them. Analytics and server records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, subject to provider settings, operational needs and legal or security requirements. We do not currently promise a fixed retention period for those records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can clear orbitAdjust local storage through your browser, use browser privacy controls and choose not to follow external links. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we control, or to object to certain uses. We will respond as required by applicable law.

To make a privacy request, email ianvenskus@orbitadjust.com. Please describe the request and the orbitAdjust service involved. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record.

Children's privacy

The company website and Campaign Simulator are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.

Service locations

orbitAdjust and its service providers may process information in the United States and other places where those providers operate. Privacy protections may differ by location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as orbitAdjust changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If we introduce a materially different use of cookies or personal information, we will update this notice before that use begins.
